Comedy in the Park

Nothing beats a good laugh at a live comedy gig. It’s something that we’ve certainly missed during the lockdown months. But great news, you can top up your stand-up fix at Leeds’ Comedy in the Park event this July.
Expect to see some of the biggest names in UK comedy including John Bishop, Katherine Ryan, Rob Beckett, Judi Love, Paul Chowdhury and Al Murray. All in an open-air stage arena with plenty of bars and street-food vendors too.

The Luna Cinema

There’s something retro-magical about watching an outdoor movie in the late summer. If this is something that takes your fancy, then book your tickets to Harewood House’s Luna Cinema this September.

This August, look out for Leeds’ best foodie festival, located at Roundhay Park. It’s set to be an absolute food and drink haven featuring the best street food vendors from across the UK. From burgers to burritos, you can sample a range of cuisine as well as pick up tips from cookery demonstrations throughout the event.

The Mardi Gras Festival

Get ready to dance the day away at the brand-new Mardi Gras Festival in Leeds this August.
The Mardi Gras Festival is an all-out celebration of LGBTQ+ culture and will feature two full-size festival stages.
Whether you’re a fan of house and dance music or pop and cabaret, there will be something for everyone. Featuring local artists and top DJs, it’s set to be a party you can’t’ afford to miss.
Plus, the event will feature a street food village, a market village and a fairground for in-between the dancing!

The Picnic Proms
